Each invitation is tailor-made to suit your special requirements, so the sooner we receive confirmation on colour and any individual design extras, the sooner we can supply you with a sample for your approval.
We would advise that you send out your invitations no less than 6 weeks before your wedding day and as such would recommend that your order be with us approximately 10 weeks before your big day. This will allow us enough time to get the design just right.
Payment
25% of the total order must be paid on completion of the information booklet before personalised samples are sent out. The remainder of the balance must be paid before work commences on the final agreed order.

1. Any change made after conformation & acceptance of an order will be charged for accordingly.
The customer will be informed of the amended price.
2. Orders of certain items may be subject to availability. Should an item not be available, the customer will be informed and an alternative offered.
3. Customers understand that colours in the images displayed on this website may very slighty from the colours on the product.
4. Customers are also advised to order samples before placing full order.
5. Please be aware that slight variations in colour may occur between proof and print, we will always do our best to match any colour swatches/samples provided.
6. Work will only commence once a signed agreement and payment has been received.

8. Any apparent damage, defect or shortage must be brought to our attention within 5 working days of delivery.
9. Postage and packaging charges may apply to delivery of final order, a cost will be included on the final invoice.
